Attorney John Chung has extensive experience representing clients across a wide spectrum of U.S. immigration matters—including self-petition green cards (NIW, EB-1A), business immigration, family-sponsored immigration, PERM labor certification, nonimmigrant visas, and removal defense. His clientele includes not only U.S.-based individuals but also a diverse range of international clients from Korea, China, Vietnam, and Europe.

In particular, Attorney Chung has achieved a high approval rate in NIW and EB-1A petitions as well as business immigration cases for researchers, engineers, physicians, professors, executives, entrepreneurs, and professional athletes.

Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, Attorney Chung is a first-generation immigrant himself. He intimately understands the concerns and aspirations of clients contemplating immigration—often one of the most critical and life-changing decisions a person can make.
